Galareon and Aymon Jouvelle

Hailing from a smaller noble house of the Elven Stronghold Ullsbelle in Western Iomis, the conniving Jouvelle Brothers have made their names ones to be respected and feared in Swancall. Post Re-Emergence the brothers having grown weary of the mononoty of the constant judgement of Lord Ellenhaul's watchful eye, sought a new fortune leaving their familial manor in search of their new place in the once lost continent of Creucanoth.
Arriving to the newly rediscovered home of the gods Canavale Mountain, the brothers and a few other travelers established what would soon become the hub of Creucanoth, the mountain city of Swancall. Within the year the population boomed as word spread that this city once housed the gods of Neothane, and using that growth and the ample funding of House Jouvelle, the brothers along with the Volairian noble Tyrell Highfire, and the former King of the Dwarven Stronghold Torrahelm Dowlish Strombeard took their seats at the head of the council of Swancall... The Sapphire Collective.

As the city grew, so did their power and their shadowy influence. Leading to what many would call the most prosperous city in the Southern Hemisphere. While Tyrell Highfire and Dowlish Strombeard have since passed on their families still hold postions of the council, though the brothers control the two most important aspects of the city, the military and the economy.
While most citizens of the city aren't particularly fond of House Jouvelle, they will still go out of their way to impress, befriend and grovel at the feet of the brothers in hopes that they too may one day be invited to join the ranks of the elites that keep this great city safe.
