Valkyries of Hanakotoba – Command Reorganization Memo
To all Valkyries, warriors, and steadfast souls of Hanakotoba:
As the petals of change sweep across our ranks, it is time to embrace a new season of order and purpose. After reviewing old GSF mission reports and reflecting on our journey thus far, we are initiating a reorganization to sharpen our edge and honor the spirit that binds us. This is not just a shuffle—this is the next step in our evolution as a force to be reckoned with.
Philosophy
In the Valkyries, every deployment is a dance of purpose and adaptability. Each of us brings a unique strength to our formation, and our greatest victories bloom when we move as one—yet never lose the courage to improvise. The flower that bends in the wind does not break, and so too do we thrive by embracing change and challenge alike.
As our work with the GSF grows ever more intricate, we find ourselves called to new opportunities—both on the battlefield and beyond. This reorganization is not just to fit the needs of our allies, but to let us flourish in civilian roles, humanitarian missions, and wherever our skills are needed. The world is our garden; let us tend it with resolve and grace.
Command Structure & Appointments
- Kem and myself remain your HBIC—the heads at the helm, steering us through storm and sunlight alike.
- Chief Financial Officer & Logistics: Clem Or'lient retains command, now with the official title. All supply lines and coin flow through his hands.
- Chief Medical Officer: Starr continues to safeguard our health. As we grow, so too will his staff—volunteers and medics, step forward.
- Morale and Welfare Officer: Amber, your wish is granted. Keep our spirits high and our hearts light.
- Motor Pool: Ulam and Dahlia Or'lient, with their crew, keep our wheels and treads rolling—unchanged and ever reliable.
- Signals Section: Led by Chief Diplomatic Officer Daisy Or'lient and Chief Intelligence Officer Iris Or'lient. Together, they will forge our voice and our eyes. Chrysanthemum Or'lient joins under Daisy and Indigo Or'lient joins under Iris for this vital section.
Platoon Realignment
We bid farewell to the old Mech/Armored/Infantry designations. In their place, we rise anew:
1:a Artilleripluton
花の傍ら、倒れる者なし (Hana no katawara, taoreru mono nashi)
(By the flowers’ side, none shall fall)
Led by Ambrosia and Orchid and includes Kem, Karenth, Tryna, Ragnar, and Brant.
Kem is the artillery, with C3 units at their side. Together, they rain precision and unity upon the field.
2:a Rörlig Spaningspluton
花の影で、皆守られる (Hana no kage de, mina mamorareru)
(In the shadow of flowers, all are protected)
Led by Akira and Amber and includes Clover, Iris, and Indigo.
Swift, silent, and ever watchful. This team will soon begin S&R (Search & Rescue) training—mobility is their creed.
3:e Brutenhetens Pluton
危険と暁の境に立つ花 (Kiken to akatsuki no sakai ni tatsu hana)

Led by Arima and Marceau and includes Alphonse, and myself.
