The Treasury of the Holy Fire is a celestial Astral Realm where, according to the The Dead Paths, the Ancient Dragon Goddess Dinsherah reigns supreme in her vast halls of treasure. It is a relatively neutral plane, but generally an Evil-aligned counterpart to the Caverns of Dhruva.
