The Dead Gap

The Dead Gap is the barren wasteland on the border of Ilemseach and Semseach in the Maletsok Territory. It is a desolate hellscape some 22 miles across at its widest (a full day's travel), and stretches the 25 miles from the heights of the Maleseach Mountains down to the sea. The Dead Gap is void of life; no tree grows nor animal crawls, for the land is imbued with the residue of old magic and the spirits of the dead from the century long war for Maletsok between the Ethelan and Belsumese Empires.
