Jesse (d͡ʒɛs.i)
Jesse is a common story: no father, his mother died young, out on the streets at an early age. After spending his youth doing everything to survive, he developed a deep-seated hatred of the Constabulary who seemed to be actively trying to kill him. As an adult and running his own gang, he takes great pleasure in disrupting the constabulary, sowing fear among those dedicated to upholding the law in the city through torture, murder and displaying the gristly remains where they can be seen to all. Out of everyone, Jesse has the highest bounty on his head but, thanks to his constant forays into The Screamers to break people out, he’s become a local hero and is vehemently protected by all criminals, friends and foes.
