The Kingdom of Altscar

History

Founded in 1848AGD when the Petty Kingdoms of the eastern Gondos Plains were united by the King of Altscar, Jaenos Ulgar though either conquest or diplomacy.  He proclaimed that the petty kingdoms would henceforth be the one Kingdom of Altscar which resulted in rebellions in the northern duchies which Jaenos had to spend 5 years of his reign fully crushing them, following this the kingdom had a period of relative peace and prosperity under Jaenos and his next two successors.
It was not until year 1953AGD under the kingship of King Jaenos III the Bold when the Abyssal Scar first opened up in Altscar and what would soon be known as the first War of Fiends commenced as hundreds of demons flooded out the scar into the kingdom taking all by surprise and wiping out all within a few miles. When the Jaenos III saw what he was facing he sent out a call to all kingdoms of the land for aid near and far which did not come quite as soon as hoped. by the end of the war in 1955AGD the north of Altscar had been ravaged and nearly 37% of the population were wiped out.
