Sonasaire & Munastia

Summary

When the world was covered in darkness there was no life other than the fiends and demons that inhabited the lands of Natia, eventually for reasons only it would know, the great primordial cried a singular tear into the astral planes becoming the goddess Munastia, a beautiful figure who blessed the sky for all to see. Munastias was so beautiful she managed to captivate a group of fiends, their collective want burning with them knowing they could not pass into with their current forms and powers incinerated their forms in a ritualistic suicide in hopes their collective wills could manifest in the astral plane. They succeeded, transcending into the astral plane and becoming the burning god Sonasaire, a being forever on fire as punishment from the Lord of Fiends for betraying their kind for divinity and love.
When Munastia saw Sonasaire she ran from this freakish burning man declaring his eternal love for her, it is said that Sonasaire waited for her to come back to him, but seeing she was not returning started giving chase.

Historical Basis

The tale of Sonasaire & Munastia is a tale passed down by humans of Daemos since their earliest days, although it is though to originally passed down orally the myth was eventually transcribed for the first time on the sky tablets in what is thought to be 3000 BGD.
