Tall Steve
- Has a calm and confident tone and demeanor
- Wears a dark blue cloak, enchanted so that his face is even more shadowy than normal when the hood is up. Also wears a red-tinted glass lens over one eye, secured in the same fashion as an eye patch.
- Has white hair with pink highlights, turquoise eyes, and a birthmark covering the lower left side of his face.
- Leads a mysterious unknown organization called The Favored.
