Shautha Melancon
Shautha wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her red hair is knotted and matted. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady amber eyes.
Shautha runs and operates The Hook Up, and is therefore very skilled at making and fixing just about anything from fishing rods and spears, to small rowboats, to large fishing vessels.
