Milil Temple Ruins

Located atop one of the rocky and snowy peaks of the Raakdiehemel Mountains, lay the ruins of a once majestic temple to Milil, the God of Music. Now in ruins, with only a few elements and walls still standing, few people know of its existence.   Near the snowy peak of the rocky mountain, a clearing opens up to reveal the ruins of an ancient temple. The temple, dedicated to the god of music, is overgrown with vines and moss, and the once-smooth marble columns are now chipped and cracked. Sunlight filters through the trees, casting dappled shadows on the ruins. Birds sing in the branches overhead, and a gentle breeze rustles the leaves. As you approach the temple, you can see that its roof has long since collapsed, and only a few crumbling walls remain standing. The entrance is overgrown with vines, but you can make out the faint outline of a massive, intricately carved archway. You push aside the vines and step inside, and the air around you seems to hum with the echoes of long-forgotten melodies.   The interior of the temple is dark and cool, and the floor is covered with leaves and debris. In the center of the space, a massive stone statue of the god of music stands tall, his once-gleaming features now worn and weathered by time. His stone lyre is broken, and only a few strings remain. You can feel the magic of the temple all around you, and as you wander its crumbling halls, you can almost hear the ghostly strains of ancient music floating on the air. The ruins of this temple may be forgotten and overgrown, but the magic of music lives on.
