Nexara
While her true form is unsettling at best, her facade is that of a regal figure, dripping with power. The dark dress she wears seems to be made of shadows. It is so dark that it is as if it swallows the light around it. Out of all of the terrible things about her, her eyes are the most jarring. They are thought to be portals into the Void itself. It is said that many mortals have gone mad just by meeting her gaze.
Many civilizations along the Whistling Mountains have stories about how Nexara became the way she is now. One such legend is that she was accused of being a witch and her child was thought to be a spawn of evil. Some villagers mudered her baby in the middle of the night. When she found out, her mind became broken and she turned to the Void to grant her the powers the villagers so feared. The whole village burned for their atrocities.
Unlike her sisters, she does not devour her prey. She keeps them and tortures them slowly. She is thought to only kill mortal men whilst letting mortal women leave. This is not the case, she usually gives the women a choice, join her or perish. Before she takes any prisoners, however, she breaks their minds. She lets them look deep into her eyes and become insane with the idea of the Void. It is not a gradual descent into madness it is a sudden and overwhelming break. Those who do agree to serve under her are granted some iota of magical abilities.
Nexara has the ability to manipulate shadows to her will. She is able to make them tangible and can ensnare, attack and even shield her. Once under her control, if you try to defy her, you are granted nightmarish visions that bend your will back in place. Those who do serve under her willingly are those who have sought her out. Many of them do not regret their choice to join her in the Coven of the Void. Some believe she is actually a goddess and worshipped as the Goddess of Transformation and Enlightenment. Rituals are held across the land to spread word of her power. These rituals often involve blood scarfices to evoke her presence. They believe the Void provides for all.

I've heard that some members of the coven often run underground information operations in some of the larger cities. Anything these coven members know, Nexara knows.
Very interesting being.
