Loth

The capital of the curselands, despised by the mainlands and a constant source of war and danger. It is a land shrouded in darkness by the cursed forests and owned almost exclusively by the Drow of the world. Serves as an incredibly large source of Runic Magic if the mainland can find a route into it and settle an area to draw power from it.

Demographics

Majority drow populace but also contains an exceptionally large monster race populace though many of the weaker races are being driven mad and barbaric by runic energy.

Government

Owned by the Shadow Woven and their troops of Invuri.

Defences

Set apart by water and heavily guarded. the city's defence relates to the cursed lands as a whole as, by sitting back, there are a number of stages any must go through to actually reach Loth proper.

Infrastructure

A settlement style structure with very basic sewage and very VERY little technology. Runic Energy has been so underused here that it hangs in the air making it heavy and imposing atmospheric points of exhaustion on the party as well as overloading and making useless any tech they have that relies on runic energy.

Assets

Entirely self sufficient city in a goldmine of resources all around that give it enough food and supplies to feed everyone and everything whilst also possessing enough materials to arm and prepare their army. Though magical weapons are far more difficult to find and any that do possess wild and unstable runic magic that cannot be trusted

Guilds and Factions

The Invuri are the only faction within Loth and act as both guards, soldiers and mercenaries within while also carrying out expeditions to the mainland. The most elite of the Invuri are a group known as the forsaken who have forever promised their lives to the Shadow Woven and are incredibly powerful and capable soldiers and operators.
