The Capital of Nephil. Celestia is a space of nature, healing and the mountain of Nephil that they have named Mount Celestia. The true neutral ground of Namarie where peace talks and the settling of disputes may take place in a peaceful manner. It is a divine taboo to spill blood on Mount Celestia and could lead to another disaster like the Hangman.
The Assembly reside here as well and regularly meet from across their towns in Nephil.
