Due to her Water Sprite blood, Maria is on the tall end of the population of the Everlands. Her wings are also slimmer than a typical fairy's, and her skin has a slightly blue-green undertone in the right lighting.

Maria is a metal and gem talent fairy. She has the ability to intuitively sense the type and quality of any mineral or metal and can manipulate it (with proper tools) more easily than the average person.

Personal history

Maria Kanino is half-fairy, half-water sprite. Her father, who was a water sprite, passed before she was born; her mother raised her in The Kingdom of the Everlands but passed when Maria was an adolescent.
Maria became close friends with Marisolia Kabarya when they were young, as Maria's mother frequently worked for the royal family. After Maria's mother's death, the royal family made sure that Maria was taken care of.
The royal family offered to take Maria in, but she wanted to hone her magic and start a business instead. The royal family gave her enough money to buy a house and forge, and since then have always been one of the biggest supporters of her business.
