Park Rides

When you look at any aspect of the Nacre Mollusca Fairgrounds, you must remember that this is a world that isn’t populated by the living in the slightest. There is no section of the fairgrounds that emphasizes this important fact more than the amusement park portion. Like any ride-filled park, there’s something for every comfortability level; no-thrill rides for children and people with a low tolerance, low- and mid-thrill for the average ride goer, and the high-thrill for those who love rides like that.

But, in a world without mortal consequence, “high-thrill” isn’t the farthest the fairgrounds will go. There’s another, more dangerous tier of rides, known commonly as extreme-thrill. Most of these are downright terrifying and mind-melding, with more than half being rides that would kill a living person. Impossibly-winding rollercoasters, machines that spin riders around at mach-speed, anything one could possibly imagine is located here. Strangely, the ride operators don’t change by thrill level, which, on one hand, helps with consistency, but on the flipside, this consistency has led to low-thrill folk accidentally embarking on something that’s extreme-thrill without realizing.

It’s okay. They were fine, just a bit dizzy. It’s not like the ride would kill them, haha!
