Axolotl

The most essential of the cybernetics, the Axolotl serves as the central processor for all other cybernetics. With an integrated operating system, the Axolotl provides basic computer functions for its user (similar to a smartphone), as well as integration with the user’s other cybernetics. The Axolotl is a small pill-like chip that is inserted into the user’s brain at the frontal lobe. From there, it then spreads out with root-like cables into the rest of the brain system establishing connections to seamlessly work with the user’s brain functions. After successful neural integration, it further spreads to the central nervous system, seamlessly connecting with the rest of the body and completing the procedure.
