The Dread Doctors

A mysterious organization that is made up of five powerful and equally mysterious individuals. Not much is known about the group aside from the five figures are each known for a particular scientific profession in which they are significantly advanced in well beyond the understandings of the current age. Their advanced knowledge is primarily made possible in part do to their secrecy, as well as their lack of moral ethics to constrain research. All five are dressed similarly to Victorian era plague doctors, and all 5 are well versed in necromancy. 
While they make their presence known throughout the globe chills echo through the streets of the Twin Empire in particularly, as their preferred targets for experimentation are humans especially if they are freely admitted into one of the network of asylums built as a front to their work.
