美智留 和子 Kazuko Michiru (ka-ZU-ko mi-CHI-ru) originally hails from Arasishoukanseishinote (known as Stormport), and is the child of a human fisherwoman named Kaioh and the spirit of Storms and Violence Rai. As such, her appearance is mostly humanoid but with clear influence of her father manifesting in foxlike ears, bright orange eyes, and seven tails.
She is either seen wearing the garb of a priestess or her battle armour, which follows the same red and white motif however interspersed with mithral half-plate. She stands at 5'6"", and typically has a naginata at her side that occasionally crackles with lightning or flickers with a lick of flame. She speaks evenly and with a gentle tone, however when pushed towards anger it can give way to more of a sinister or downright hostile one. She bears an insignia of Nakamura on her necklace from her time serving at the Divine Observatory.
Outside of a fight Kazuko is known to have a very calming presence, and she is quite adept at persuading people to find common ground. She, along with the other members of the Divine Seekers, live on the Divine Observatory and are currently working to unlock its secrets and save Kaedo from a prophesied doom, the nature of which is yet unknown.
