Kerit - WIP

The Kerit is the size of a bear, with the face of a hyena and a sloped back. Its bottom teeth protrude out from its mouth, covering its nose slightly while shut. Its fur is long, thick, and a scraggly mess. Most of the Kerit’s fur is brown except a black mane that goes around its head and along its back.

The Kerit is a nocturnal hunter. It moves on all four of its legs but stands at about 10 ft tall when it attacks. The Kerit feeds on the brains of its prey, cracking open their skulls with its powerful jaws. During the day it will typically nest in a cave, or a hole that it has dug out under a large tree.
