Session Five Report

General Summary

The party killed the Toad Thing. Goobert was swallowed and Avo sliced the Toad Thing's neck open and freed him. Goobert pulled a crusty gem out of the Toad Thing's belly. A small group of bullywugs ambushed the party, but Zappa put them to sleep so the rest of the party could slaughter them. The whole party assaulted the spawning pool, slaying over a dozen bullywugs and their cleric. They found these mysterious stones that countered their magic, but when destroyed, released a dangerous electrical shock to everyone within the room. Most of the bullywugs were electrocuted as they floated in the spawning pool. The party found a giant ruby with a dark silhouette within it. It told the group telepathically that its name was Trudy and she was a gemstone dragon. Trudy was sent to Mythos by her mother and father so she could be a force of good and protect Mythos from evil. The ruby serves as an egg and the party carried her out of Yargle's Temple. As the party left, they noticed a figure dressed in a black robe watching them from a distance. Green gas billowed from their armored helmet. The party, wounded and drained of their magic, made haste and began to travel back to civilization with Trudy.
