This is the Birth of Baxter Jevon Oran Baggs.   Christmas Eve/Day in 1910 - First Stroke of Midnight

It is Christmas Eve, 1910. Nicholas and the elves attend the service then he launches into the night! Nicholas is out delivering when he feels a blast. The North Pole itself shines brightly in the Colors of Christmas at the same time. The elves and other Rulers see it plain as day.   All gather where this blast occurred.   It is a hospital in the maternity ward. There, a room with two parents and a baby is filled with a glow of bright multi-colored light and a simmering glow of red and green.   The Mystic Prophecy Book reveals, but no one sees until later, a second prophecy that confirms Baxter is the babe they were waiting for.
