Lady Gwendolyn Chloe Mythralight
Daughter of Forsythia and Rhodri Mythralight, Gwendolyn is well-versed in the arts of Magic and that of high society. It has been observed that her family is markedly more careful with her than either of her siblings and she is rarely seen without them, or without them close on her trail at the very least.
It's been observed since she was young that she has a natural affinity for the arcane arts, likely in part due to her ancient witch bloodline dating back centuries. Her talent in nature however has no discernable cause and seems to be something she simply picked up during her thus far short life. It was not an uncommon occurance back in Dougstar for her to be found wandering the capitol gardens without chaperone before her family caught up with her.
She appears to be intelligent when spoken with, and she very much enjoys talking as she gets off on tangents about the intricacies of the arcane and of different flora's mystical uses. But just enjoying talking does not mean she is good at persuasion nor does it mean she has the charisma to go along with it.

The woman has no known illnesses and seems to be in above-average shape with a modicum of musculature that some would say is unbefitting of a lady but is still rather impressive to observers.
Identifying Characteristics
Her most identifying feature is her Mythralight eyes, the turquoise sea of stars that almost seem to entrance onlookers making eye contact.

Gwendolyn is believed to be a Conjuration Wizard of the 9th level, and a true prodigy of learning.

Most commonly Lady Gwendolyn is seen wearing her green witch's cloak over her noble attire bearing the turquoise colours of her family and the crest of such. She typically wears a signet ring bearing her family's seal as well as an emerald necklace and a messenger bag she carries her spellbook within.

Personal history
Born to wealthy parents, Gwendolyn lived a life of luxury in Dougstar under the best magic teacher one could have, her own mother Forsythia Mythralight the Arcane Advisor to King Robril Starsteel. Throughout her childhood due to a close connection with the arcane arts, Gwendolyn practiced much magic and became proficient. During her childhood she was not often allowed to leave Castle Starsteel, and never without escort. Her family was very watchful of her, and remains so to what some might say is an extreme degree and seemingly moreso than her siblings.
Some have noticed that Gwendolyn seems to chafe under her family's close watchful eye even in adulthood, but sources say she has never attempted to leave them, at least not in any way more permanent than simply going to a different part of the city without them for brief expanses of time.
A change came however when Forsythia Mythralight retired from the service of King Robril and moved out to the coast with her family with spies reporting that Gwendolyn was ecstatic about the move, enthusing about the area and how strangely uncharted it is.

Though she has never been in a public relationship, spies have reported signs of bisexual activity through snippets of conversations and her attendance to balls where she has been seen dancing with both men and women.
Education
Tutored from a young age by her mother, Gwendolyn had a vast knowledge of magic before even coming of age and attending Willowflame Academy where she studied even further, specialising in conjuration and creation. She appears to have a deep understanding of the materials of mana which make up the universe and make it possible for a Witch to conjure things with just their own valence.
She additionally learned much of flora taking potionmaking and itemmaking classes at the academy along with personal studies of botony for what these plants could be used for. It is a common belief in nobility that when King Robril puts out the search for a new arcane advisor that if she applied she would have a good chance of getting the job even at her still rather young age.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Though she is a great and powerful noble, no one can discern anything notable she has actually done beyond getting high marks at Willowflame Academy. She has been sheltered carefully by her family leading to very little in the way of achievements that are of public record.
The most notable thing she's known to have done is to have helped in the enchantment and knitting of her classes cloaks due to her mastery of the subject material.
Failures & Embarrassments
The sheer fact she has done next to nothing of note is embarrassment enough for a noble of her stature. Coddled so heavily by her parents that she has made next to no great strides or waves in the nobility or the commonfolk, some would call her an embarrassment to her name even if she is such a talented which as she is said to be.
