Forsythia Hyacynthia Mythralight (a.k.a. The Bloodsoaked lady)
Forsythia Mythralight is an ancient vampire and the progenitor of both the Dyrene vampires, and vampirekind as a whole. Her current whereabouts and goals are unknown since the planaclysm, the fall of Dougleton, and the fall of her noble house which has left her and her immortal children as the last remaining members.
She travels alone with her husband Rhodri Mythralight, her relationship with her children a mystery.
Before becoming a vampire she was the head of the now fallen noble house Mythralight from 1052 FA to 2 ME. She rebuilt it from the brink of destruction and became the at the time king Robril Starsteel's arcane advisor before leaving all of that behind to found Greenest City wherein she created vampirism through a ritualistic suicide.

But one day, she heard from Robril there may be a caravan heading to the coast to expand Dougleton territories, and she lept at it turning it into a full town establishment caravan and forcing her adult children and her husband all to come with her, leaving a cousin of hers in charge of Mythralight duties in Dougleton. This move shocked everyone including King Robril himself as his Arcane Advisor had suddenly left him in dire need of a replacement.
Nobles gossipped about why Forsythia would leave as she did, was she banished? was she running from something? or was there something there she wanted? But one thing was sure, the only person who truly knew what Forsythia was planning, was Forsythia.
Forsythia was born into House Mythralight during its lowest point when it was on the brink of falling apart. The house had been known for its magical prowess, claiming to hold ancestral ties back to back to The Lady of Arcana herself. When she was 24 on the 5th of Mystrath 1052 FA, her father died of pnemonia, leaving her as the new head of the house. Her mother still advised her and was mostly ignored until 12 years later when she died in 1064 FA.
Forsythia spent the next three decades of her life rebuilding the house of hers that had fallen into ruin, begining with landing the spot as King Robril Starsteel's Arcane Advisor in 1053 FA whereupon she gained a considerable amount of funds which would only grow as she did her job of creating magic items, developing spells, and advising the king on all things magical within the kingdom.
Forsythia would also marry Rhodri Roddenheim on the 6th of Solas 1053 FA, he would then take her name as she was of a higher noble house.
Next, during her endeavour to create cloaks for the arcane section of the military Forsythia would begin forming more of a family by having children with Rhodri with her firstborn child, Viktor, being born on the 22nd of Owlen 1055 FA. She would attempt to train her son in the arcane arts, but her job as arcane advisor took a lot of time from her.
Her next child would be born on the 27th of Fieldrenary 1058 FA. Forsythia took special care in Gwendolyn conception, and birth so she would be born in a place of power and on a full moon of vamperum. Forsythia kept a very close eye on Gwendolyn and her training, to a smothering degree.
And finally Warrenwas born on the 5th of Owlen 1062 FA. Warren was ignored most of his childhood and eventually sent away to Dawnforge to learn there.
As time went on Forsythia grew older and continued her duties as the arcane advisor, developing over a dozen spells and creating hundreds, possibly thousands of magic items over the years. But eventually for reasons unknown at the time she left her post. She took her family and moved them to found Greenest City. While there she would prepare a ritual over the course of several weeks and her and her family committed a ritualistic suicide that caused them to become the first Vampires. Gwendolyn Mythralight however was prevented from this fate as she hadn't known about the ritual and didn't consent to joining it. Thus The Saviours of Greenest saved her from being an unwilling participant.
After this point what happened with the family is unclear but Forsythia and Rhodri have still been travelling together a thousand years later while the whereabouts of their children are a mystery.

Forsythia is a bisexual woman who settled with a man of minor nobility out of her few options for suitors at the time.
Education
Even as house Mythralight was cracking and breaking, it was made sure that Forsythia would get the magical education she needed, and that every Mythralight deserves. She excelled to the tops of her classes and eventually taught at Willowflame for a short time from 1050 to 1052 FA before she took over as head of house Mythralight. Her primary form of magic would be transmutation, going hand in hand with the enchantment of items.
Over the last thousands of years, it is assumed she has gotten even more education through experimentation with magic. She is likely one of the most powerful and dangerous witches alive.
Employment
Being a noble can be a job its own, especially as she became head of her house in 1052 FA with a great many responsibilities at her feet as she raised the house from the ashes of failure.
In 1050 until 1052 FA she would teach transmutation and magic item creation at willowflame academy, building her personal coffers a bit and getting her foothold in the magical community of dougleton.
In 1053 FA Forsythia won the job of Arcane Advisor in a bid against dozens of other talented and experienced witches, some who were a fair deal older than her. This is a job she would keep for just over 30 years until retiring abruptly in the autumn of 1084 FA.
