Tenets of Faith
Aton is tasked with guarding the dead on their journey to their resting place in the eternal Realm. Once there they are given into the care of his servants, the Arcanaloth, the keepers of the dead, and the Hellhounds which guard the souls zellously and prevent them from escaping back to the mortal realm.
It is common practice among humans, especially those who live in Iitesan, to leave offerings or prayers to Aton when they are to set off on a long journey in hopes that his gaze will pass them by and they will remain safe until their return.

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Aton has coppery-brown skin and black as night hair that, when unbound, trails down past his hips. He prefers to keep it in tight braids wound around his head in intricate patterns. He is a tall man, standing at an imposing 6'7" and always seems to be looking down his long hawk-like nose at anyone who presumes to speak with him. His eyes are a piercing gold and he is covered in golden tattoos.

He is always impecibly dressed in dark colored clothing, and bathes, daily, in scented oils.

Family Ties
He has never married, but he has had a string of mistresses over the centuries that have given him a number of children only three of whom have come into an Aasimar inheritance.
Social Aptitude
He is cool and aloof, prefering to watch the goings on than socialize himself. He has a distaste for mortals company, humans in particular, and prefers the company of elves, often taking elven slaves as his lovers.
This cold manner extends even to his three prized aasimar children.
Mannerisms
He rarely speaks unless it is in adress to the King, using sharp gestures and harsh looks to convey his feelings to those who attempt to speak with him.
Speech
"Very well.", or "So be it." Are some of the more common phrases he can be heard using, as well as things such as, "You waste my time." Or "Leave me!" He does not mince words, choosing to get straight to the point.

As a Daelord, Aton has been around since long before Malcer was even born. He has served the Asterio family for generations and will continue to do so for generations to come.
