Oswalt Hilltopple
Oswalt is a simple halfling. He would always rather make a new friend than a new enemy. He believes in freedom above all else, everyone and everything should be free from bondage. His only wishes upon completion of the mission entail a safe future for his family and their frog farm. He grew up with a fascination with animals, but him and his giant frog Tumple have been inseparable since childhood.
His upbeat attitude and calm demeanor should not be taken lightly however, Oswalt is quite the combatant. His skills with his partner Tumple have not been matched many times in the academy and he is quite the powerhouse, not to be ignored.
