The Portal to Arixia

The portal to Arixia opened up about 60-75 years ago in the current age of Myriad. When it opened, there was but a single man there to witness this and is believed to actually be the cause of said disturbance. This man was named █████ ███████. He was present at the opening of the portal and then promptly disappeared. Not many know where he ended up. Many believe that he was the direct cause of the portal opening, though many do not inherently know how he was able to open it. There have been many speculations about the origin of this magic that opened up the portal. The magic signature has only ever been seen once before in this world. This made many of the Sovereigns uneasy. After the portal opened, the Kythan Dynasty decided that this new land called Arixia would be someplace they could easily overtake given that Arixia did not have magic and Myriad did. That ended up being the beginning of the Crossing War, one of the most devastating wars to happen in recent centuries. The False Kingdoms also seemingly disappeared from the minds of everyone on the main continent. After the Crossing War, the metropolis that is Crossing became known to the twin worlds. The portal being in the centre of the city. There are many shops and places to check out in Crossing. A main one being the Hall of Heroes, best known for the two famous parties who frequent the place. These parties are known as the Raven Veils and the Crystal Orchids. The Raven Veils being the heroes of the Crossing War, and primarily from Arixia. While the Crystal Orchids are a group of adventurers mainly from Myriad and the Heroes of the Godslayer Calamity. Inside the Hall of Heroes you will hear tales of grandure and may even be inspired to start your own advenuring party.
