Known to most mortals as the epitome of martial weapon excellence, The One Who Dances With Razors is a Sovereign that obtained their status as a god through dedication to their craft and the deeds they accomplished in the Godslayer Calamity. In the early days of the Arixian United Forces' war against the Kythan Dynasty, Syl Castiogne was a member of the elite group known as the Raven Veils. They, along with their companions, were instrumental in the defeat of the power hungry Kythan Dynasty. In the height of the Adventures of the Crystal Orchids, Syl was to be executed and tried for various atrocities that happened during the Kythan War. Known by their followers as being the most graceful and sleek in all that they do, Syl's followers also aim to be just as fluid as their Sovereign. Syl grants martial weapon prowess to those who train to hone their skills and not for power.

Tell

Syl does not have any distinguishable tells like many of the other Sovereigns. This is due to lack of information about Syl, as his followers who have interacted with him are secretive and refuse to give Syl's secrets up. One thing that is known about Syl is that even as a mortal, Syl's footsteps made no sound.
