As Ylara makes her way through the land spreading joy and sorrow alike, so too does follow the Silence in the Snow. She is the deafness that comes with the first heavy snowfall. The snowfall that dampens all sound around it. The same heavy snowfall that strangles plants, freezes water, and makes tracking easier. She is the quiet killer, unheard by her victims. By the time you notice her it's already too late for you. With the sorrow, joy also follows. The laughter of children playing in the snowfall the morning after Ocarina shows herself or the hushed coziness that comes from sleepy mornings basked in the sunshine and silence.
