Moonberry Creme Brule Tradition / Ritual in Myriad | World Anvil

Moonberry Creme Brule

The Moonberry Creme Brule is a delicacy amonst the populace of the False Kingdom. Made with the Moonberry that grows in the wilds and in the orchards of the False Kingdom. The berries are harvested under the light of the full moon which gives them a unique flavour that cant be matched. They say that Luciadh herself blesses the berries and favours them as a sacrifice. The dessert is rarely made and is really only made for special events.

Taste and Aesthetic

The Moonberry Creme Brule tastes as if the stars themselves crafted the dessert. This rare dessert can be found in the best bakeries in all of the False Kingdom. The aesthetic of the creme brule is that of the stars in the night sky mixed with the void of the unkown. With sugar stars and browned black sugar on the top, it represents the balance of the world. The Stars and the Void. The taste is one of a kind and immaculate. It has hints of vanilla in the mooberries and chocolate in the black sugar.
