Cepheid, the Flesh Render

Cepheid D'Siadra, also known as the Cunning Fox of Vatagerra and the Daughter of the Wolf. Known for being a shrewd diplomat and is the head of the Council of Crossing. She is also the one who sits at the throne of the northern nation of Vatagerra in Arixia, after her father passed during the 'birth' of Anathema. She gained power through her mortal life by harnessing the mutagenic power of her fathers' werewolf blood and using it to her will. During the Battle of Altrel, Cepheid cut her arm off in order to evoke the Red Moon and gave the Vatagerran soldiers the ability to shift at will. This allowed the Crystal Orchids and all of the members of the Vatagerran army to push back the Kythan Remnants and save the Royal Family of Altrel.

After her ascension, she no longer needs alchemical aids to change her body or anyone's body at will. She has taken a liking to meld out of a horde of rats or birds to make an appearance. Some who live in the tunnels under the city of Crossing are wholly convinced that her blood runs throughout the veins of the city itself. Many of the members on the Council of Crossing have attempted to get Cepheid to quit her postition as head of council and take her place as a Sovereign. She refuses to quit and insists the city will fall apart without her.
