Blackbeard's Bay established

ERA DATE: 1333 PR (15494 DR)   Established sometime over 1200 years ago by the feared pirate Blackbeard, this pirate controlled fortress is rather well hidden on Thieves Respite Isle, which is already difficult to reach safely. It is known as the pirate capital of the world, being the birthplace to the man formerly known as the tidal king (known to the uninformed as pirate king). Many great pirates have hailed from here, whether by birth or simply where their crews were first assembled. It is difficult to find by sea and land, and even more difficult to assault. The entire population is quite large, and every single one of them is a pirate at their core, with few exceptions. Not all actively sail, but they at least understand and accept the lifestyle, none-the-less.
