Allekord - Ancient Civilization

An ancient civilization with ruins all over the Highlands of Kord. Having been in ruin for many ages, few still acknowledge it's existence, although the language and accent has survived against the odds in rural backwater towns throughout the region. Not much is widely known of this civilization, but it is believed to have been a rather savage society, focusing on martial combat and war more than anything. The common belief among scholars is they served the god Kord, engaging in battle simply for the sake of proving their might. Part of this society broke away and eventually became the Empire of Tor seen today.
