Vayyeild (Onterra) - Space above Erra -
Erra- Merfolk, Humans, Dwarves, Orcs and gnomes //// Baeraska - Spirit realm - Death - built on the back of a titan corpse. A river of blood runs through it. Devils are former demons. They rule here
Selbeum (Anterra) - Drow, Kalashtar
Chaos
Hrothlothum - Infernal - Demons (Tenari) and Devils (Tholl'Uum)
Kalymm - Primordial - Dragons and Titans
Rrhoq’Shaa Shore, The Great Chasm - Pure Emptiness - Pure Darkness - The Hrokklluum (Void Dwellers) live here
Gaeladeem - Inhabited by High Lothlium. Rarely do beings leave here as they are in a constant state of fulfillment. The aforementioned drifted into the underplanes due to their desire being to want.
Yyveltyr - The realm of gods (Lovv'Leen) and angels (Baelvyn). Here, beings of unimaginable power reside and play. They more or less can do whatever they want, but have not ascended to a spiritual essence by relinquishing themselves to pure fulfillment. The High Courts of E’vaan-Bho provides and maintains the rules of the higher planes. They feed off the essence of the lawful realm to govern and at times enact punishment through angels. They are the high justices of all the cosmos. If something were to threaten the planes as a whole, they stand in it’s way. Their supreme justice bleeds out to the other worlds, being the source of all good.
Wylands - As close as heaven gets to hell. Creatures here are known as Fey. They enjoy the ebb and flow, pull and release, highs and lows, of existence. Larger than life, Arborea is a place of violent moods and deep affections, of whim backed by steel, and of passions that blaze brightly until they burn out. Its good-natured inhabitants are dedicated to fighting evil, but their reckless emotions sometimes break free with devastating consequences. Rage is as common and as honored as joy in Arborea. There the mountains and forests are extravagantly massive and beautiful, and every glade and stream is inhabited by nature spirits that brook no infringement. Travelers must tread lightly. The Wylands are home to many elves and elven deities. Elves born on this plane have the celestial type and are wild at heart, ready to battle evil in a heartbeat. Otherwise, they look and behave like normal elves.
Onterra - devoid of existence. No one above it wants to come so close to below it, and no one below it is able to ascend to it.
Erra - Created by The Great Old Ones. The three trapped the old gods of this plane in the stars. Then using souls and life from Selbeum, they grew a massive world tree around a regenerating titan. This provided a foundation for their world, their people, and their daughters and son.
Baeraska - Created by Kys’all to house souls that have lost their bodies to death. Located on the spine of the world tree titan, a dumping place for souls held together by the Torrent-energy residue of the regenerating titan. A massive river of blood flows cascades down it’s floors, pumped by the titans heart. The titan is technically alive, but so weak it remains motionless. The souls are meant to be shepherded by Maky'rah, she’s been lax in her duties as of late.
Selbeum (anterra)- The most enlightened of the Rrhoq’Shaa Shore. Elves from the Wylands came here and were unable to get back, once you’ve tasted despair, you cannot rid yourself of it. Once the sole plane in Vayyeild, it is now a shadow of its former self. No gods, it’s people have built towering structures, hoping one day to burn the tree that took their gods and their people. They are regularly assaulted by illithid machines
Hrothlothum - The Wylands of the Rrhoq’Shaa Shore. These beings crave the ebb and flow of life. They are always searching for a way out, and will make trades with higher beings. Split in three sections, with many levels. The western section, where demons roam, is chaotic and evil. The eastern, where devils rule, is lawful and evil. In the center, lies the Blight, a place war waged and gloom stricken where lost souls despair.
Kalymm - The primordial plane. Where all matter originates from. Titans and dragons once warred here and found an aspect of eternal life here, eternal despair. Only in death did they find peace just to be awoken again to continue fighting. Peace was made one time, for Feradae, but her desire to stay in the newly created Erra threw the titans into a rage once again. The dragons here were once a united front, however when Vass Moorkane sold out Teh’ll Derr, and subsequently left what he thought was a peaceful plane, they broke into factions, some even joined the Titans side.
Rrhoq’Shaa Shore - Endless despair leads to eventually losing yourself to the void. In a similar but opposite fashion to Gaeladeem, spirits here drift in an endless sea of nothing, never to reach out again. The Hrokklluum are beings of pure darkness. If one were to be released, it would be an endless hunger. The existence of existence is pain to a Hrokklluum, and it would stop it nothing to cave in all unto itself.
Order and Chaos- Created out of existence’s necessity for law and spontaneity. Without these two realms, nothing could be foundational, and also nothing could be sporadic. These two realms are inhabitable, but the Torrent forces from them flow through all plains. Were a being able to enter either of these planes, they would have control over either aspect of existence, and could theoretically change the fundamental nature of the realm.
Order, Marchaus - On Marchaus us, law is reflected in a realm of clockwork gears. all interlocked and turning according to their measure. The cogs seem to be engaged in a calculation so vast that no deity can fathom its purpose. Mechanus embodies absolute order, and its influence can be felt on those who spend time here. Modrons are the primary inhabitants of Mechanus. The plane is also home to the creator of the modrons: a godlike being called Primus.
Chaos, Olomb - is a plane of pure chaos, a roiling soup of impermanent matter and energy. Stone melts into water that freezes into metal, then turns into diamond that burns up into smoke that becomes snow, and on and on in an endless, unpredictable process of change. Fragments of more ordinary landscapes- bits of forest, meadow, ruined castles, and even burbling streams-drift through the disorder. The whole plane is a nightmarish riot. Limbo has no gravity, so creatures visiting the plane float in place. A creature can move up to its walking speed in any direction by merely thinking of the desired direction of travel. Limbo conforms to the will of the creatures inhabiting it. Very disciplined and powerful minds can create whole islands of their own invention within the plane, sometimes maintaining those places for years. A simpleminded creature such as a fish, though, might have less than a minute before the pocket of water surrounding it freezes, vanishes, or turns to glass. The slaadi live here and swim amid this chaos, creating nothing, whereas githzerai monks build entire monasteries with their minds. Ruled by 3 (4) gods
Betwixt all of these, flowing through in and out, is the Torrent, a stream of energy that connects and permeates all. It is how magic flows, and a bridge between. When traveling from one plane to another, beings will reach a shore, the beginnings of the new plane.
