Xochitl is in excellent physical condition, and is very limber and flexible. She constantly works out, as well as dancing when she can.

She has chemskin that fixes her scars, that she often uses to hide new ones. She has C-Cup breasts and two light tattoos. Both are feathered serpents, on the right arm its black and purple, signifying the Shadow and Smoke of Tezcatlipoca, and on her left arm its gold and red, signifying Xochiquetzal.
