The Recreation of the Veil
Celestial / CosmicDuring this time, a powerful order of Wizards known as the Septimus Arcanus, along the current generation of Great Wyrms created a new barrier around the Material Plane. This new veil prevented the most powerful of the Aetherians and Nihilans from entering the Material Plane, but in order to do that it had to become weak enough for lower level celestials and demons from entering.
