This is the time period that resulted in both the rise and fall of the People of El-Han, the Giant Empire of Annam, and the Dwarvish Stone-kingdom. There is also records that indicate the possibility of a fourth kingdom that was lost to time itself.

Thousands of years after great Draconic Exodus, a distinct group of humanoids began to arise, these beings became known as the El-Han, The Ancient Elves. A group of these El-Han were even said to have ascended into godhood. They created a vast kingdom that stretched across the entire Eastern region of the continent of Munhart (or Belegbar in their tongue). Eventually, a civil war known as the Sahta arose between the northern portion and the southern portion, resulting in the separation of the two into distinct kingdoms. The Valas Empire would eventually take the north and the People of El-Runa would take the south.   Around that same time another kingdom began to establish itself in the west. This kingdom consisted of creatures born out of the remnants of the titans that would eventually become known as the giants and the ancient dwarves. This newly formed nation became known as the Empire of Annam. The empire was a cruel nation of bondage, enslaving many of the beings around it including their dwarven brethren.   These dwarves, however, would eventually prove to be their greatest adversary, and eventual downfall. In their captivity, they became a far more technologically advanced society than the Empire of Annam. This was due to their discovery and refinement of a substance known as viridium, a stone that functioned as a very potent magical conductor. It is through the use of this substance they were able to create some of the first arcane items and weapons as well as various other constructs, culminating in their greatest creations; the warforged. With this newfound technology, they were able to eventually defeat their giant subjugators, expelling them to various parts of the continent, with most of them being relegated to the Deep Dark, A series of underground pathways and tunnels established by the Annam and the Dwarves to navigate around the continent.   Records have recently that there were two more nations that formed within the southernmost portions of the continent. This was the predominatly human nation of Avalar, and the Goblin hordes of Gromeya. It is unknown what happened to these two nations, but they seem to have been completely wiped out as a result of the Tearing, with the area of the formerly known as Avalar now known as the Land of Whispers.
