The Nihilan Lords

The Nihilan Lords are a distinct group of entities that dwell in the Outer Planes. They are arguably some of if not the most powerful corporeal beings in existence barring The High Aetherians and the Alpha Materia. Each Nihilan Lord is said to hold dominion over a realm of existence known as a Heart Plane. A Heart Plane is a realm of existence that reflects its Lord's personality, temperment, and ambitions.
Contrary to their grouped classification, the Nihilan Lords are not a monolithic organization. They are not known to have relations with each other, and some are even openly antagonistic of their "peers". There are only two consistent traits among all the Lords that distinguish them from the Aetherians and Alpha Materia:

• Nihilan Lords have a "Heart Plane".
• They have physical avatar(s) that can manifested to others.

There are many cultures that view the Nihilans as the dark gods (or devils) of Mundus, specifically worshippers of the Everflame, the Stone, and others. However, not all of the Nihilan Lords are wholly malevolent. In many other world cultures, such as the Vilkhan Imperium, some of the Lords are revered as benevolent (or at the very least ambivalent) deities, and have public temples dedicated to them.
Most of the Nihilan Lords are said to have been in existence since the beginning of recorded time, predating the existence of the Material Plane. But that is not the case for all of them. Because of the chaotic nature of the Nihiloth, there have been examples of beings gaining the pow

The Dark Sovereign:

True Name: Unknown
Bio: One of the oldest recorded Nihilan Lords, The Dark Sovreign is said to have existed since time immemorial. He is known as the antagonistic force in the religion of the Keepers of the Everflame and is called the Infernal Tyrant in their religion, and one of the few Nihilan Lords that is almost universally reviled. He is known by many as the Lord of the Hells and he has taken an army of demons and fallen angels under his belt. It is said his heart plane lies in the deepest pits of Infernus.

The Prince of the Wild Hunt:

Bio: While considered a powerful Nihilan;There are many records that suggest that the Prince of the Wild Hunt is actually an archfey named Oberon. This is supported by his consistent presence in the Feywild and his ability to travel between there and his realm of the Hunting Grounds at will. The Revel King

True Name: Ludo Ragnos
Bio: The lord of hedonism, The Revel King is perhaps one of the least malignant Abhorrent Lords and is said to simply value the beauty of debauchery, and the chaos that flows from existence. They are known to make pacts with mortals who seek to free themselves from the confines of the mundane, and is one of the few Nihilans who can freely come and go through the world paths. Because of this, he has the most diverse following of any of the lords, with Aetherians, Fey, Nihilans, And various mortals all being included in the ranks of The Grinning Troupe.

The Eternal Sleep (The Crow)

True Name: Dormin Bio: The Endless Sleep is the Nihilan Lord of Dreams and Nightmares. He is said to be the lord who knows your innermost desires, and has the power to create a world for that. He has a strong desire to return to the Material Plane, after being unceremoniously sealed away in the Feywild during the Tearing.

The Shrouded Mistress

True Name: Unknown Bio: The Shrouded Mistress, also known as our Lady of Whispers is the Nihilan Lord of Memories and Forbidden Knowledge. She is also known as the lady of secrets. She is said to be one of the most Powerful (if not the most powerful) of the Nihilan Lords. Her power does not just come from her physical capabilities, of which she has plenty of. Instead, it comes from the mass of knowledge she has accumulated. She is the mistress of knowledge lost, the pursuit of the forbidden. Her worshippers are either those desperate in the pursuit of hidden, or even forbidden knowledge, or those seeking to forget.

Bio: The Patron of Thieves, Illusions, and trickery. According to Vilkhanish myths, they were supposedly a mortal before tricking the Mistress of Whispers into granting them immortality. They are also known as the Evening Oracle, and are commonly worshipped amongst the different thieves guilds

The Calamity

True Name: Meha Sadow
Bio: The Lord of Eternal Slaughter, there are many who view the Calamity as the most evil of the Nihilan lords. This is due to his fascination with death, more specifically the act of murder itself. The Calamity was the first Nihilan to enter the Material Plane during The Tearing and, according to legend, is said to be responsible for the World Wound, a massive chasm of anti-magic located in Munhart. He is the villainous god in the Vilkhan religion and it is said should he ever return to the Material Plane it would be the end of the world.

In ancient myths, he is said to have dug through the carcasses of Titans to create the Deep Dark. He is commonly associated with many torturers throughout the realm.
