Miranté
The Miranté are a tribe of Druids located in the Frigid Wilds of Valatveria. They are a benevolant society that have made their home in an area known as the Cradle, a hotbed of air elemental energy. Due to its proximity to an elemental rift, the Cradle is a location that is left in perpetual springtime. This has led to the Miranté being a largely self sustained community and having very little need to interact with the outside world.
The Miranté are one of four druidic groups known as the Miran. Each of these groups is responsible for guarding a different area of powerful elemental energy.
The other tribes are the Miranfír (fire) Miranquá (water) and the Mirandún (earth)
Natural Magic. Druidic traditions play an important role in Miran society. If you’re a druid or ranger, how do you handle your role as a protector of your people? Even if you’re not a spellcaster, the Magic Initiate feat can provide you with a few spells to reflect a basic initiation into the druidic mysteries.
A Land with No Lords. The Miran are fiercely independent. They broke with traditional society, and they bow to no monarch. The folk of the Miran value the survival skills needed over titles or "lands". The Miran people respect the guidance of the druids, but they all work together to solve their problems; no one gives orders to the Miran.
