Locathah

These resilient and proud fish-folk have endured war, slavery, and mistreatment at the hands of other aquatic creatures. They dwell in submerged tribal communities along seacoasts or deep in the ocean’s depths, and hunt both above and below the water. Locathah, because of their tremendous history of being enslaved by all kinds of aberrations and powerful sea beasts, struggle to find a culture of their own. Most locathah live in small tribes surviving as hunter/gatherers and aren’t religious at all, fearing powerful entities due to their history. Some locathah communities have grown incredibly religious following Eadro and Sekolah, bringing them much more prosperity and allowing a small city to be built underneath the waves in the depths of the ocean. These locathah can be much more civilized and friendly folk.   Most Common Classes: Cleric, Monk, Ranger, Waveborn Sorcerer, Warlock   Ability Score Increase.
