Nimloth searches for the Mirrormere flower, a legendary flower that blossoms on a sacred tree, it is said that its petals can be used to brew an elixir of immortality thus breaking the curse of the summer Queen and making the elves immortal again. He finds the tree in the great forest of Ishtar but he discovers that the tree is home to a dryad, the life of the dryad is linked to the tree, and taking the petals of its flowers will kill the plant.   He decides not to take the flowers, angering the other high elves who exiled him, having nowhere to go he lived with the dryad in the forest, hunting and scavenging for food, the dryad taught him magic capable of shaping trees without hurting them, he reshapes the dryad tree to use as a house.   They fall in love and have two fraternal twins, a daughter called Peng (bow), and a son Magol (sword), after some time other elves join their community wanting a simpler life far from the strict high-elven hierarchy. Nimloth and his children teach them the way of the forest, hunting, scavaging, and how to shape trees. After some time a small settlement is built in the forest called Mirrormere Post (the place of rest of the Mirrormere).   The noble of the high elves getting old and fearing death attacks the settlement, and although possessing much greater numbers fail, for the wood elves had mastered the terrain and could lay ambushes and skirmishes, and it is said that the forest itself protected the Mirrormere tree.

It has been a long time since the elves had lost immortality to the curse of the Summer Queen, and the older nobles fear death. A young elven knight named Nimloth searches for the Mirrormere (the elven name for the night sky) flower, a legendary flower, black as the night with light-producing dotted moving points that resemble constellations, that blossom on a sacred tree, it is said that its petals can be used to brew an elixir of immortality thus breaking the curse of the summer Queen and making the elves immortal again. He finds the tree in the great forest of Ishtar but he discovers that the tree is home to a dryad, the life of the dryad is linked to the tree, and taking the petals of its flowers will kill the plant. Nimloth prayed and meditated for a week asking the gods and thinking what was the right thing to do. Was it right to take the life of a sacred guardian of the forest to save the life of a group of elves who saw him as no more than a servant?   He decides not to take the flowers, angering the other high elves who exiled him for not fulfilling his oath, having nowhere to go he lived with the dryad in the forest, hunting and scavenging for food, the dryad taught him magic capable of shaping trees without hurting them, he reshapes the dryad tree to use as a house.   They fall in love and have two fraternal twins, a daughter called Peng (bow), and a son Magol (sword), after some time other elves join their community wanting a better simpler life far from the strict high-elven hierarchy. Nimloth and his children teach them the way of the forest, hunting, scavaging, and how to shape trees. After some time a small settlement is built in the forest called Mirrormere Post (the place of rest of the Mirrormere).   The noble of the high elves getting old and fearing death attack the settlement, and although possessing much greater numbers fail, for the wood elves had mastered the terrain and could lay ambushes and skirmishes, and it is said that the forest itself protected the Mirrormere tree.
