Serene
Serene is the largest of the free cities, located on a large island east of the continental empire. It's famous for it's accademic culture and features the Serene's magic accademy the largest and most renowned magic accademy in the empire. The city has also the largest port in the empire capable of sustaining a large military fleet and the biggest commercial fleet on Mundus.
