General Summary
Awakening inside the Burgomaster's home, the Reconcilers decide to take the even slow by spending the first hour or so inventorying their possessions and the new loot that was acquired during their whirlwind of adventure. From a new display of arcane prowess and knowledge, Fiona methodically identifies the majority of Auntie Imogene's weird bag contents. When all curiosities are satisfied the group agrees to visit Rona Ortega and Mulch (the lizard folk shaman said to live nearby) in order to collect local recipes and general cultural knowledge at the request of Fiona. Rona, somewhat of a alchemist herself, bequeathed to Fiona her family heirloom. This heirloom was the Magnus Opus of her grandmother, the recipe to the Libation of Indomitability. Next, the Reconcilers took on the quirky, old, dying, taboo tribal shaman, Mulch. He was the last remaining member of his tribe. The rest were either driven off or killed by Auntie Imogene. When they found him he was tending the spiritual totem of his tribe, a giant beautiful snail named Flail. In the end the Reconcilers acquired some hefty gemstones, agreed to help him have a proper Lizardfolk burial, learned a lot about Lizardfolk culture, gained a boon for their deeds, Athena agreed to succeed into the position of The Emerald Chordata, leader of the Chordata tribe. Complications arose when deciding what to do with the next step. Athena feels responsible for the fate of Flail, but he is very slow and they have a lot of ground to cover to get to their new home.
