Destiny Rebels
A minor group of villains based out of the Rogue Isles. Small time, though a thorn in the side of others with their antics. Though potentially valuable to hire with promises of money and power (mostly the latter). They aren't always fond of being dragged into someone else's plots however, especially not if the outcome begins looking bad. Quick to switch sides or abandon involvement altogether in these cases.
Structure
Anna Thema - Leader in relatively loose terms, the others typically listen to what she tells them to do. In some cases out of fear more than loyalty.
Rebel Impulse and Dhiri - Heavy-hitter types, Dhiri sometimes scouts.
Aelli - Highly threatening support insect. Even though she's relatively tiny no-one trusts her powers to keep them alive, since being poisoned to heal from near-death is a miserable experience. (And yes, she can and will do that and generally threatens to do it to people if they're being reckless.)

On the surface they appear to just be one of many small groups of Villains in the Rogue Isles. A minor threat that is ignored by more powerful people and groups. However...

The Destiny Rebels put their efforts to acting against Arachnos, intending to spite their so-called 'Operation: Destiny'. Though they are currently a minor group considered little more than a thorn in the large organization's side, something may yet change that.

Hideaways and Safehouses
Primary hideaway located in Cap au Diable. It is a smallish building located above ground with a similarly sized sub-level.Alongside this they have a few safehouses scattered around the Rogue Isles, though most are little more than personal ones the members have opened to the others.

Sedavi - Just about everyone in the Rogue Isles knows Sedavi by some name, even if it isn't her main alias.Naivrir - The Mischievous Fae isn't entirely loyal to anyone, and as much as she enjoys working for Lavender Spinner as part of Scivek/Arachnos, she probably enjoys having the rival group as an alternative.
Has strangely close ties with Skyraiders as well, and are often seen working with them.
History
11/21/2005 - Founding. One of them convinces the other three to group together, they argue over exactly who started this. But they at least agree on the date they banded together, and that Anna is the very loose leader of them. They also managed to agree on the name Destiny Rebels, poking a bit of fun at Arachnos' Operation Destiny and 'Destined Ones' (of which none of them are part of.) People also took to calling them The Wildlings, which also stuck.
Late 2007 - They assist Sky Raiders with the raiding and destruction of a Longbow base in Port Oaks, scattering the surviving forces and handful of weaker heroes. At the time unaware of who prompted the Sky Raiders to attack that particular base.
