The Arcane Council of Relnes

The High Council of Relnes is one that guides the country's future, and particularly the city of Sahar, where it is located. The Seats are filled by organizations and their leaders, all filled with mages of different backgrounds and skill sets.

• Chroma - An organization of mages who specialize in particular elements typically. They oftentimes are considered the political face of the capital, as the leader of Chroma, Adam Winchester, is a very effective politician who has guided the foreign affairs of Relnes quite well.
• Bifrost - An organization originally from Kelruhm, a group of dwarven ice mages known to be quite friendly and aloof when considered besides the other Arcane Council Seats.
• Necromancer's Guild - The most secretive seat, they study dark arts, and coordinate methods against them, while also handling the dead within the capital.
• War Mage's Guild - A guild that coordinates the military tactics and concepts for the entire nation. Trains soldiers, makes forts, and deals with enemies.
• Education Department - The education department, is led by the Principal of the Sahar Boys School of Magic, Headmaster Freehardt. They coordinate the general education of mages.
• The Scholar's Guild - Manages and maintains records and books of anything and everything important within a place known as the Arcane Hall of Records, the most comprehensive public bank of information within the continent.
• Umbrus - The first seat on the council, Umbrus maintains order amongst the Seats and manages all affairs that the others also attend to.
