Daniel Sanchez

Lieutenant Daniel Sanchez is an U.S. Army officer who was once the partner of Lieutenant Sonya Blade.
Lieutenant Sanchez and Sonya Blade led a SWAT team who sent the transmitted message to Major Jackson Briggs and Gemini, informing Jax that they had arrived at the location of the escaped criminals from the Special Forces maxinum security prison. He and the others were there awaiting Jax's orders, but were suddenly ambushed by the Black Dragon clan; it was a trap set up by their leader, Kano.
Kano taunted Sonya and let her live while he brutally murdered Lieutenant Sanchez. Then he ordered No Face to char and burn the body, along with the other slaughtered SWAT team members at an abandoned warehouse secretly controlled by the Black Dragon. Sonya was left traumatized and desperate for vengeance.
