Viceroyalty of Antollac
When the Midian Empire set their sights on the northeastern coast of Moria they found a peninsula sparsely populated with orcish tribes lock in a struggle for control of the regions resources.
Instead of marching on the land as ordered, General Tybalt met with the leader of one of the orcish tribes and offered a trade. Tybalt would give the orcs steel weapons and armor that far outmatched what could be made from the peninsulas poor iron supplies, and in exchange the orcs would swear their loyalty to the Emperor.
In three short years the orcs of the Ebon Lake clan had subjugated or decimated all the other clans of the peninsula, and honoring their oath they swore their loyalty to the Midian Empire. In thanks for the orcs dutifulness and honor in keeping their oaths the Emperor elevated the chief of the Ebon Lake clan to the title of Viceroy and codified the borders of the new vice kingdom of Antollac.
