Triumvirate of Molrok
The goblin lands of Molrok was formed when three goblin city states allied themselves in order to better use their land and resources, instead of fighting amongst themselves they began to work together and provide a better life for the smaller communities around them.
In order to maintain local authority a council was formed that would rule over all the land of Molrok, while the city state warrens would have control over their partition of the land.
