Blasts an area of a 20 ft. cube with a sticky adhesive. The area counts as difficult terrain and a creature standing or entering the area must succeed a Dexterity Saving Throw, on failure the creature is restrained.
A creature restrained by the webs can use its action to make a Strength Check against the crafter's Save DC. If it succeeds, it is no longer restrained.
The Dexterity Saving Throw is set by the crafter's Save DC.
Can be fired from a grenade launcher.
Crafting requirements:
Material Cost: 1 metal ingot, 1 black powder, 1 jar of adhesive (non-flammable)
Time Cost: 3 Crafting Checks
Crafting check: Tinkerer's Tools or Smiths Tools DC12 (Long rest DC15)
