WONDROUS ITEM UNCOMMON TECH

A bulky backpack with large booster packs that allow you to jump great distances. It uses liquid fuel for propulsion.

Rocket Jump. Your jump range is three times your walking speed. This uses 1 Fuel.
Rocket Charge! You launch forward up to 100 ft in a straight line and make a melee attack with Advantage. If you hit you add 1d8 Bludgeoning damage to your Damage Rolls. This uses 3 Fuel.
Fueled. This jump pack uses liquid fuel. 1 full canister of fuel (diesel) grants 10 charges. You can use an Action to refill the fuel tank.
