A Scattershot shell packed with aluminium powder. This strange silvery metal has magic nullifying properties.
In a 15 ft cone centered on yourself any ongoing spell of level 3 or lower ends. If a creature inside the area spends a Power Die they can keep one spell going. For 1 round this area becomes magically inert and no spells or spell effects can pass through or be cast in this area.
